The Department of Physics, Sri S. Ramasamy Naidu Memorial College, Sattur – 626 203, organized an extension activity titled “Popularisation of Basic Sciences” under the DBT Star College Scheme on 20th February 2025 at Government Higher Secondary School in Vembakottai, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. This event assesses students’ understanding of fundamental concepts and their ability to recall information.
Dr. S. Nithya, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Sri S. Ramasamy Naidu Memorial College, Sattur, visited the school and conducted an examination in Physics for the XII standard students. The exam comprises 50 multiple-choice questions.
Mr. A. Sivan, PG Assistant in Physics & Assistant Headmaster of the school, provided all possible support to realise the Physics Objective Practise Test fruitfully. The exam started sharply around 11.30 a.m. A total of 24 students benefitted from this program.
After valuing the answer sheets, prizes were awarded to the top-performing students. The list of prize winners is given below.
