The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of SRNMC organised a Comprehensive Guidance Programme for the Sustainability of Academic, Research, and Placement for faculty members on 21 September 2024. The objective of the programme was to provide strategic insights and practical approaches to sustaining high standards in academia, research and student placement outcomes.

The session was led by Dr. E. Khalieraaj, an eminent scholar and Director of the National Cyber Security Research Council, New Delhi. His expertise in integrating technology and research to enhance academic sustainability added significant value to the programme.
Dr. Khalieraaj emphasised the increasing importance of interdisciplinary research, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity and digital literacy, in fostering innovation and maintaining academic excellence. He encouraged faculty members to adopt a more collaborative research approach and to engage actively with industry partners to ensure relevant and contemporary placement opportunities for students.
The interactive session also allowed participants to discuss their concerns and share best practices for improving academic and research standards, as well as placement strategies. Dr. Khalieraaj encouraged faculty members to focus on holistic student development, ensuring that they are equipped with both technical skills and ethical values that would make them competitive in the global market.

The IQAC remains committed to organising such programmes aimed at enhancing the professional development of faculty members and ensuring the long-term sustainability of academic, research and placement activities at SRNMC.
