The Department of Business Administration organised a seminar on the topic “Paradigm Shift in HR Practices – A Millennial Approach”. Dr L.M. Suhashini, Manager – HR Corporate Strategic Planning and Investment, Mitsui & Company India Pvt Ltd, Chennai was invited as the Guest Speaker. Mr. K. Prem Kumar of III BBA welcomed the gathering and Mr M. Lokesh introduced the Chief guest. R. Jeba Raja Samuvel, I. Karthick Bharathi, T. Vijay and M. Kartheeswaran of III BBA were the Master of Ceremonies. The resource person gifted management books and her thesis to the department and shared here expertise among the students with live examples. Students of BBA actively participated in the question session and clarified their doubts on current HR practices. Students also shared a positive feedback at the end of the session and Mr K. Harish of III BBA proposed vote of thanks.
