On 15 July 2024, Sri S. Ramasamy Naidu Memorial College’s Youth Red Cross unit, under the coordination of Dr. Krishnaveni, successfully conducted a seminar titled “Transforming Youth Skills for the Future” at the E-Content Development Centre.
The session, led by Mr. John Shalmon, an esteemed International Skill Development Trainer from Nagercoil, aimed to equip students with essential skills for future career success. Mr. Shalmon’s engaging presentation highlighted the importance of both soft and technical skills through interactive activities and real-life examples.
The seminar included a dynamic Q&A session, where students received practical advice and insights. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Mr. Shalmon for his valuable contribution.
The overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants underscored the seminar’s success and relevance, prompting plans for future skill development initiatives by the Youth Red Cross unit.
